Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping time reflects the transit period to your doorstep. We ship from multiple international warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location. If your nearest warehouse is out of stock, we'll fulfill your order from an alternative facility.

Our delivery estimates are based on data from our most recent 5,000 orders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number with live updates within 48-72 hours of your order being shipped. If you haven't received tracking details after 4 days, please contact us at konjounsocks@gmail.com.

Important: Orders to island locations may experience extended delivery times. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and not included in our estimates.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Our streamlined processing means there's a very limited window to modify order details.

If you need to update your address, email konjounsocks@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.

If your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to buyer error and is returned to our warehouse, we can reship it to the correct address at that time.
